Lauren is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics specializing in plant-based nutrition. Lauren is here to help you whether you're vegan, vegetarian or simply wanting to incorporate more plant-based foods into you everyday eating pattern. She has experience in IBS, IBD, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, renal, and weight management. Lauren uses an intuitive eating approach coupled with gentle nutrition to help you reach your goals.

My sessions with Lauren were very productive and helpful. She does a great job of focussing on your concerns and questions, and doesn't waste time on topics you don't need covered. I appreciate that she's very realistic about what will work in real life Vs a perfect world and is very non-judgemental about a person's starting point. I feel confident in applying the knowledge obtained from these sessions to help meet my desired health outcomes.
